Working strategy

• Oversight Committee (Guiding the project)

  
  This is a Committee made up from Senior Church Leaders, Business Leaders and other Christian Individuals.   Because of the Christian nature of this project, the intent will be to get a strong bond of unity in co-operation between the different denominations and organizations involved.  Service to the kingdom of God and effective ministry will be the guidelines within which we function.  This will mean that even in the planning of the event, Christian unity is developed.  
  
  

• Execution Team (Making the project happen)

  
  The Execution team will be a smaller team that will do the practical logistics and preparation for the event.  This team will carry out the vision of the Oversight Committee, and work within the guidelines set by the Oversight Committee.  They will gather the different Host City coordinators and work alongside them.  The Execution team will also plan the logistics of the team preparation and the Prayer Concerts.
  
  

• Host City coordinators (Working with the Execution team)

  
  Each City will make up a team of people that will work on the respective agenda’s of each Host city.  These people will get their local churches involved, and plan the outreach programs in their cities.  They will also plan the accommodation, transport and meal requirements for the missionaries visiting their cities.
